Allergen Information

Our products are home-made, in a kitchen which follows stringent cleaning routines, but is also used domestically to cook a full range of foods which may include fish, bread (gluten), cereals, crustaceans, eggs, milk, mustard, nuts, peanuts, lupin, molluscs, sesame, soya and sulphites.

Due to our cooking environment there is a risk that traces of allergens may be in our products. We understand the dangers to those with severe allergies, so advise you to be aware of this, and to use your own judgement. Specific allergens are highlighted in the additional information section for each product, and are detailed on the jar labels.
