Food Grade Dried Orange Slices (Please don't use those dried for decorative purposes!)
These can be used for a variety of things - added to cakes, muesli, as a snack, or in drinks. Used to decorate cakes. Try floating some slices on top of punch, mulled cider, or wine. Sangria..Add to water, cold tea, or hot tea.

Dried Orange Campari
Put an orange slice in the bottom of the glass. Add ice. Pour over equal parts of Campari, Vodka and Orange Juice. If you prefer a long drink, add soda, lemonade or tonic as suits. Garnish with another slice.

Orange Whisky
Put three parts of whisky, one part Ginger Ale, and another part made from mainly sherry, and some orange juice in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake well. Serve over ice, and decorate with an orange slice.

Decorated Gin
Put your usual measure of Gin in a glass, add the Tonic, and ice if desired. Gently bruise a sprig of Rosemary, and use it to spear an orange slice. Add to the glass, and enjoy. Adds an extra something. the flavour develops.

Negroni
add 700ml Gin, 575ml Vermouth and 700ml Campari to a jug filled with ice. Swirl to mix, then pour into glasses with an orange slice in the bottom.
Marmalade Cake
You will need:
1 jar of Tonia's Too Marmalade (any variety)
5oz Margarine or butter,
5oz Caster Sugar
8oz Self Raising Flour
3 eggs

Cream together the fat and sugar, beat in the lightly whisked eggs with a little flour.

Fold in the remaining flour.

Place half the mixture into a greased loaf tin, or 18-20cm cake tin.

Spoon over 3tbsp Tonia's Too Marmalade.

Carefully add the rest of the cake batter over the top, and bake in a moderate oven (180â—¦C;350â—¦F;Gas Mark 4) for about 1 ¼ hours.
Whilst still warm, poke holes with a skewer and add more Marmalade on top (you may need to soften a little in a pan), make sure you put some large pieces of rind on for decoration. Enjoy.
